Wow! I'm loving this. It is so great! The only thing that I'm slightly missing are the lines to their conversation in the rain. "Are you here for me?" and "How did you beat the ambulance?" The second one is turning into a classic 'I can't believe I just said that?' line. Something like "I carried a watermelon." But that could be just me :)

Anyway, what does a person exactly do with a picspam? I mean how can I use yours?

Yea, I tried to keep the 'quotes' down to a minimal, which was really really difficult with these two. Because the more quotes there are the less likely people are to pay attention to them--like a novel in picspam form. So I tried to keep 'em as iconic and simple as I could, so that left alot out. I think I was going to just put "Did you want to say something?" But I like that the last section of the picspam is just alot of pictures and then suddenly--that last line to finish it all.

Well, usually whether you allow people or not, people take picspam images to make their own icons/graphics. So I allow it and just ask people to credit.

This is beautiful. They have such a wonderfully complex story. Easily one of the best TV couples of all time and that's saying alot after nearly 60 years of material.

:) Yea, I agree. I don't think any other tv couple has inspired me to picspam them twice for just the handful of episodes they've had together. They're both two great actors, two great characters, and one hot, complicated, screwed up, awesome couple.

These are great! Thank you so much for all the time and effort. I've got to ask, how the heck do you get the screencaps. I used to do it off DVD's but since I've switched to a Mac, my picture abilities have gone down the drain.

I also use a Mac and have no idea what screencaps programs people use and have never used one. I used the hi-def episodes and would just pause the video and use the 'preview' program > file > grab > window. It's just like the 'print screen' on PC's. Which means, you've got to crop off the excess from the video screen. The entire process takes forever, but I can get caps of every single second of the video by just doing a quick double click of pause and play :) While screencap programs just take picts at certain time intervals and miss alot.

Someone recently told me though that if you play the video in quicktime, you can just right click and copy. I haven't tried it yet though.

So. Much. Love!!!!!!!!! I love how you captured the tortured/vulnerable look on his face prior to the kiss in the alley! Just the right moment before it turned the teensy bit savage that it did. *happy sigh* Well done!

It was a very tortured almost tragic moment--and it really showed how far they've got to go and how different he is compared to who he was. Love that scene :)

They're only for Cristina/Owen moments though, so its just that ambulance entrance scene and their moment at the end in front of Christina's apartment.

The originals have a window border around them and are in a .tiff format. If that's all alright for you I'll send you a .zip file with the images. Hopefully the fact that I'm on a mac won't create any format problems. Unless of course, you have a mac as well.

Lovely. I especially love that you included the last photo - I really love that look of assessment she gives him and his retreat from his direct gaze at her. Or maybe their looks mean something else . . . in any case I have watched the scene more times than I want to admit to and that's a moment I like to think about.

Yea, I love that image too, and that scene--it kills me everytime. I think its a very loaded image of meaning and feeling. I think she see's that he's made an effort to try and be the better man that he was to her when they first met. Since their 2nd sorta aggressive kiss, I think she was waiting for him to say something, and he couldn't. Not after the kiss, not at the ambulance bay--but surprisingly on those steps he actually speaks his affections instead of just thrusting himself onto her.

Absolutely fantastic picspam of the characters. I don't think any on-screen couple has quite caught my attention lately as these two. Their gazes and looks are just so loaded and charged.

Yea, just with his premiere episode--I was hooked. I watched every Grey's episode after the premiere, hoping we'd get a glimpse of him. And then he returned--as a regular. And then I just about die every Thursday :)

I'm really confused though. How long is the hiatus? It's not too long is it. Isn't it just this week? When is the next new episode supposed to show?

Yes a week--skipping Thanksgiving. Haha, yea that to me is like one gigantour hiatus. Two weeks without Yang/Hunt is like death. I have no idea how I'll survive Christmas.

They're my favourite couple on the show right now, and they deserve more love. Beautiful quotes! That 'single malt scotch' line was brilliant.

Yea it's weird how strong my love for this couple is. And it came with just seeing that season premiere! Usually I have to watch a pairing develop through alot to get into them, as much as I'm into Owen/Cristina. It's crazy. They're an OTP forever and they're not even dating yet.

*cries* I'm so glad you did this, I'm feeling no love from some people for this couple. From their first scene, I was enthralled and wanted more and was so insanely happy when they made him a series regular. I love how we know nothing really about Owen, and even Cristina, and how they slowly reveal themselves without HAVING to, because no one asked, they just want to share pieces of each other. I love that, and I love how it's developing, really quietly amongst all the crazy Izzie/Denny story, and how they speak to each other. The "you're beautiful" was so unexpected and came out of left field, but I loved that he said it without needing to, possibly at a loss of words, and Cristina's reaction is beautiful, heartfelt.
Ok, I could talk about them forever, but thanks for doing this, letting me revel in my love :D

People giving you trouble over liking Owen/Cristina? Are they insane? I think they may be. And I can't trust their opinion... :)

I love that Owen was the one Cristina was able to tell the story to of how her father died. I doubt Burke or even Meredith knew that story. And she chose to reveal that to him at that moment. She wanted him to know that part of her, and was willing to let him see that in her. Absolutely beautiful scene. Because Cristina is so closed off and she doesn't wear her emotional heart on her sleeve. And Owen's 'you're beautiful' was just this great moment where he too put his feelings out there--to reveal something he felt in himself. That he wasn't just lusting for her for a hot kiss in an alley. I think Cristina was waiting for him to show something from within himself and to say something. And he did, and that last look at him from her, says it all.

And I agree with the developing of it 'quietly.' I couldn't of put it more beautifully myself. I mean, Meredith doesn't even know the extent of Cristina's relationship/interactions with Hunt. And like, it's not official until Meredith knows. So I love that Cristina is just keeping it between her and Owen. It's just them, it's just two people developing and interacting and discovering eachother without any outside sources, opinions, or influences. While the other relationships on the show get huge dramatic scenes--they're just slowly cooking to the side amongst themselves. :)

Okay, no--I could talk forever :) But thanks for the comment and I'm glad you enjoyed the picspam as much as I enjoyed making it.

And thank you for the comment--god they had some good quotes to pick from, it was hard to narrow them down. I'm glad you enjoyed them. No pairing is complete without killer quotes.
